Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Furbuddzz Pet Sitting. By booking my, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This agreement is between you and myself. 

I understand that plans can change. My cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting the time and effort that goes into preparing for your scheduled services.

Drop-in Visits & Dog Walking

    •    Cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund

    •    Cancel 24–48 hours before: 75% refund

    •    Cancel less than 24 hours before or on the day of service: No refund

Overnight Care / House Sitting

    •    Cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled service: Full refund

    •    Cancel 5–7 days before: 75% refund

    •    Cancel 48–96 hours before: 60% refund

    •    Cancel less than 48 hours before or on the day of service: No refund

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps me respect the time and commitment of both my clients and myself as a caregiver.

Any dispute regarding charges must be addressed within 7 days of the service date. Please contact me directly if you have concerns about your invoice or payment.

When booking my services you agree to the following:

- Provide accurate, up to date information about your pets health, temperament, and care needs.

- Inform me in advance of any aggressive behavior, special requirements, or medical conditions.

- Ensure that your pet is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick treatments, and health checks. 

- Provide necessary supplies, including food, medication,  and any special equipment.

I will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet. However, I am not liable for:

- Illness, injury, or death of a pet due to pre-existing health conditions or unforeseen circumstances. 

- Damage caused by your pet to property or other pets while in my care.

- Service disruptions caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or events beyond my control.

- Injury caused by your pet to me, the service provider. The client agrees to cover all related medical expenses, including hospital bills, medications, or any other associated costs resulting from injuries caused my their pet.

In the event of a medical emergency, I will contact you immediately. If I cannot reach you, I reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense.

I reserve the right to terminate services immediately if your pet poses a danger due to aggression, severe illness, or hazardous behavior.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws through the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts within the state. 

By booking my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You further agree to sign there Terms and Conditions as part of the booking process to confirm your acceptance.
