To secure a booking, clients must:
- Contact me via call, text, or email to discuss service needs and availability.
- Provide detailed information about your pets, including:
- Receive an invoice and review the Terms and Conditions before proceeding.
Please note: Bookings are not confirmed until all steps above are completed.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment must be made in full before your booking is confirmed.

After agreeing on the service details:
1. You will receive an invoice via email.
2. You must review the provided Terms and Conditions.
3. Once payment is successfully processed through Stripe, a confirmation message will be sent via email or text.
Your booking is officially confirmed only after these steps are completed.
All payments must be completed at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Payment must be made in full when the booking is submitted.
• Unpaid bookings will not be confirmed and may be canceled.
