Pricing depends on the type of service and the specific care required and how many animals need to be cared for. After discussing your needs, I'll provide a personalized quote.

I recommend booking at least:

• 48 hours in advance for Drop-in visits & Dog Walking
• 7 days in advance for Overnight Care & House Sitting

This allows enough time for planning and ensures you're within the cancellation window if adjustments are needed.

To book contact me via call, text, or email with the services you need. I'll send you an invoice through Stripe. Your booking will be confirmed once you have submitted payment.

Cancellations must be made in advance to receive a refund:

For Drop-in Visits & Dog Walking:

• Cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: full refund
• Cancel 24-48 hours before: 75% refund
• Cancel less than 24 hours before or on the day of service: no refund

For Overnight Care & House Sitting

• Cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled service: full refund
• Cancel 5-7 days before:75% refund
• Cancel 48-98 hours before: 60% refund
• Cancel less than 48 hours before or on the day of service: no refund

I primarily care for dogs and catd but am also experienced with small mammals and reeptiles. If you have another type of pet, just reach out, and we can discuss your needs.

Absolutely! I'm happy to follow any instructions you provide, such as feeding times, mediction schedules, and routines.

I provide regular updates, including messages, photos, and videos, to ensure you feel confident that your pet is happy and well cared for. 

Yes! If you're interested in regular services, such as daily dog walks or recurring drop-in visirs, I can schedule repeat bookings for your convenience.

If you need to change your booking, let me know as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to accommodate any changes based on my availability.

Yes! I personally handle all bookings, so your pet will always see a familiar and friendly face.

Before our first appointment, please provide any necessary supplies such as food, medication and emergency contat information. A meet-and-greet can also be arranged to help your pet feel comfortable.

Yes! I am fully insured through Pet Care Insurance (PCI), a trusted provider for professional pet sitters. My policy includes coverage for accidents, injuries, and unexpected incidents while your pet is in my care.
